Aspen Centre Gets Exceptional Patient Satisfaction Scores
Regional Medical Clinic-Aspen Centre scored in the top 96th percentile of clinics in the country for overall patient satisfaction for the first quarter they were evaluated, according to Press Ganey, Inc.
- Scores exceptionally high in the area of access to care:
- Ease of scheduling appointments
- Courtesy of the person scheduling appointments
- Helpfulness of people on the telephone
- Promptness in returning phone calls.
- Some of the areas of service the front desk staff provides were rated at a 99,
- That's the highest possible score within Press Ganey
- Also scored exceptionally high in patient wait times
- The Aspen Centre staff see around 300 patients each day
- The Aspen Centre has maintained scores in the top 15th percentile since September 2009.
