Funds Raised Exceed Goal for Hospice House

• Rapid City Regional Hospital Foundation announces $5,028,271 raised for Hospice House in Rapid City
• Funds are 100.1% of the capital campaign goal set in 2005

Hospice House Fast Facts:

• Opened in 2008
• 12 private patient rooms
• Also has a great room, kitchen and dining area, library and family room

"I am overwhelmed with the generosity of this community in building the Hospice House where terminally ill patients and families can be surrounded with comfort," said Marcia Taylor, Director of Rapid City Regional Hospital Home Care Services. "This capital campaign was completed with many people's help and with many donations--large and small. Thank you to everyone who helped build this sacred place."
