LDRH Scores 94.4 in Patient Satisfaction
Lead-Deadwood Regional Hospital (LDRH) has significantly improved its overall mean score for patient satisfaction during the past six months. The mean scores increased from 89.7 to 94.4, according to Press Ganey Associates.
In February, LDRH received a Journey of Improvement certificate from Press Ganey, recognizing the hospital for improving overall satisfaction from July to December 2009.
“I am proud of the entire team at Lead-Deadwood Regional Hospital,” said Sherry Bea Smith, CEO of LDRH. “All team members play an important role and deserve credit for the positive changes leading to increased patient satisfaction.”
