Pine Ridge Regional Medical Clinic celebrates first anniversary

The Pine Ridge Regional Medical Clinic opened its doors to patients in late 2008. The clinic is made possible by a partnership with Regional Health Physicians, the South Dakota Department of Social Services and the Pine Ridge community.
Approximately 300 patients are being regularly cared for at the Pine Ridge Medical Clinic. The most commonly used service is the Endocrinology Specialty Clinic.
“It is a sincere privilege to have the opportunity to work with the South Dakota Department of Social Services to explore a health care model in collaboration with the health care professionals in Pine Ridge for providing specialty care closer to home for the Pine Ridge community,” said James Keegan, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Regional Health Physicians.
