STRH Emergency Department in 98th percentile out of a possible 99 from July 1, 2009 to Sept. 30, 2009 according to Press Ganey Associates
STRH Emergency Department sees about 300 patients each month

That number doubles in August during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

STRH Emergency Department standards:

Physician sees patient within 30 minutes
Nurse sees patient as soon as they arrive
Response often quicker during the Rally due to more staff
