Health & Wellness Programs
Regional Health believes in strengthening the health and wellness of our communities. Throughout the year we offer free health screenings and education, including blood pressure and cholesterol screenings, blood sugar and PSA tests, childbirth classes, nutrition and fitness counseling, and flu shots. We also provide support groups in many of out communities and give our free bike helmets to kids in need. All this is designed to help you live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
