How to Apply

Prior to application, candidates must have completed, or must be in the process of completing, the required prerequitesites listed on the Frequently Asked Questions Page.

To Apply:

1. Fill out the Application Form
2. Print the completed Application Form AND the Letter, Programs and Blank References Form
3. Distribute the three Reference Forms to your reference choices
4. Mail them via US Post to the COMTE Coordinator listed on the Application Form
