- 1 month Internal Medicine Subspecialty (resident choice)
- 1 month Night Float
- 1/2 month Obstetrics (block format)
- 1 month Office Gynecology
- 1 month Office Surgery
- 1 month Pediatrics
- Inpatient - Children's Hospital, Minneapolis
- 1 month South Dakota Rural
* Additional OB experience scheduled throughout the academic year totalling approximately 1 month.
* Second year elective cannot be out of town due to ABFM requirements.
Third Year
- 1/4 month Anesthesiology
- 1 month Dermatology
- 3 1/4 months Electives
- 1/2 month ENT
- 1 month Family Medicine
- 1 month Neurology
- 1 month Night Float
- 1/2 month Obstetrics (block format)
- 1/2 month Ophthalmology
- 1 month Pediatrics (Outpatient)
- 1/2 month Radiology
- 1 month Sports Medicine/Orthopedics
- 1/2 month Urology
*Additional OB experience scheduled throughout the academic year totaling approximately 1 month.
*Longitudinal Critical Care training across all years of training.
*Longitudinal Practice Management totaling 100 hours across all years of training.
