Patient Relations & Customer Satisfaction
If you have concerns about your Hospice House care, please discuss them with your nurse, social worker, the department director or your physician. If the concern remains unresolved, please call the Patient Relations Staff available weekdays at (605) 719-8134.
The Patient Relations and Customer Satisfaction Department is also available to address your special requests, questions, concerns, compliments or complaints about care issues. The department representative will also explain patient rights and responsibility.
You have the right to communicate with the following agencies with concerns, compliments or complaints regarding patient care. You have the right to voice grievances without discrimination or fear or reprisal.
