Pregnancy
This once-a-week class will educate you on safe, aquatic exercises for pregnant women that can transfer to an independent pool program.
Classes are open to women at any stage of pregnancy with doctor's approval. A completed form is necessary before beginning the class.

- 4-Week sessions
- 1 day a week
- 5:30 p.m.
- $40/4 weeks
Class consists of
- 10 minute warm up/stretching
-
30 minutes of strengthening, lumbar
stabilization and range of motion
exercise using foam buoys, noodles
and kick boards. Also education on pelvic
floor muscle strengthening.
- 10 minute cool down/stretching
(Exercise attire includes swimsuit or shorts and shirt.
Bring plenty of drinking water. Towels provided by facility.)

Marianne Drobny, PT, MS
Drobny is a licensed Physical Therapist and has been specializing in Women's Health Physical Therapy since 1999. She has been specifically trained in pre-and post-natal physical therapy, incontinence and pelvic pain as well as orthopedic and manual therapy.
