Custer Regional Hospital

Located in the Southern Black Hills, Custer Regional Hospital is a 16-bed acute care facility that provides 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care.

The Hospital also operates three family medicine clinics in the communities of Custer, Edgemont and Hill City.
