If you're visiting...

Visiting Hours: General visiting hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and are typically limited to individuals over the age of 12. 

Mail, Flowers, & Balloons:  Flowers and plants may be kept in your room. To protect patients and staff with latex allergies, only mylar balloons can be delivered. Latex balloons are NOT acceptable. 

Patient's Rights: Patient or family concerns, complaints or compliments about patient care are encouraged to communicate with our Chief Executive Officer at (605) 673-2229 ext. 109.

Any Regional Health patient has the right to contact the South Dakota Department of Health with concerns, complaints or compliments:
