If you're staying with us...

Telephone: Your room telephone can be called directly from outside the hospital. Please give your room telephone number to family and friends. To make a local call, dial 9, followed by the seven-digit number. Long- distance calls must be billed to a third party or credit card, or must be collect.

Television: Rooms are provided with cable television.

Meals: Patient meals are served at the following times:
Breakfast – 7:45 a.m. 
Lunch – 11:45 a.m.
Dinner – 5:45 p.m.
If you would like a snack or beverage, please ask your nurse. If families and visitors would like to join you for a meal in your room, please ask your nurse. Lunch is served in the cafetieria from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Valuables: The best way to protect your jewelry, keepsakes or money is to leave them at home. If valuables are brought to the hospital a nurse can arrange to have them placed in temporary storage. The hospital does not accept responsibility for the safekeeping of personal property unless it is placed in hospital storage. 

Personal Comfort Items: Personal comfort items such as toiletries and slippers should be brought with you to the hospital.
