Email a Patient

Getting in touch with a family member or friend during their hospital stay at Rapid City Regional Hospital can make all the difference. You can send them an email by simply filling out the fields below, and clicking the submit button. We will print your message and deliver it to the patient Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM and Saturday, 2 PM-5 PM. We will deliver messages received outside those hours the next business day. 

Note: In general, Internet e-mail is not secure. We recommend you NOT communicate items considered confidential or personal (i.e. diagnosis, treatment, credit card numbers or Social Security numbers) through e-mail. Rapid City Regional Hospital does not store your email address, it is only used to confirm receipt of your Patient E-mail message.
