Placing an Order Currently we take gift shop orders by telephone: (605) 719-8041	Phone orders are taken M-F 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sat. Noon to 4 p.m. Sun. 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (delivered next business day) Hours are subject to change due to volunteer availability.	Payment We accept • Mastercard • VISA • Discover All telephone sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Applicable sales tax (currently 6 percent) is added to the price of an item. A $2 handling fee is added to each order.	Processing your order We are unable to process an order until the patient has a room. We will deliver at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made. If a patient has been discharged before we process the order, you will be notified by phone. If we are unable to locate the patient, you will be notified by phone.
