Currently we take gift shop orders by telephone:

Phone orders are taken
M-F 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sat. Noon to 4 p.m.
Sun. 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (delivered next business day)
Hours are subject to change due to volunteer availability.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover.
All telephone sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
Applicable sales tax (currently 6 percent) is added to the price of an item.
A $2 handling fee is added to each order.

Processing your order
We are unable to process an order until the patient has a room. We will deliver at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made. If a patient has been discharged before we process the order, you will be notified by phone. If we are unable to locate the patient, you will be notified by phone.
