Medical Imaging
Sturgis Regional Hospital (STRH) offers sophisticated, state-of-the-art medical imaging services. This diagnostic tool is available to emergency services as well as inpatient and outpatient care.
Services include: X
-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), digital mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound (including general, vascular and echocardiography) and teleradiology (radiologic images electronically transmitted from one location to another).

STRH offers the latest in "high-tech" digital mammography. By offering the latest in mammography technology, STRH hopes to increase the number of area women who follow the American Cancer Society's (ACS) recommendations for regular mammography screenings.
The ACS advises:
- Doing monthly breast exams;
- Having an annual check-up; and
- Having a mammogram annually after age 40.
