Anthony "Tony" Hall Exercise Specialist
Certified Personal Trainer
Group Exercise Instructor
Tony has experience instructing group and individuals promoting fitness for all levels of development. A Black Hills native, Tony has participated in a variety of sports such as football, running and competitive mixed martial arts.
Mark Martin Exercise Specialist Certified Personal Trainer
Prior to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2006, Mark played and coached college basketball which helped him gain the knowledge to design and implement training programs for the elite athlete to senior citizens to clients with unique medical conditions.

Group Cardio Fitness
Monday, 6 p.m.; Wednesday, 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; Friday, 6 a.m.
Rehab Outpatient Gym, first floor
Learn how to successfully do aerobic interval training, learn to up your intensity, challenge yourself.

Cardio Kickboxing Class
Monday and Wednesday, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, 6 to 7 a.m.
On campus location varies
Great full body workout, overall conditioning and toning, no physical contact.

Introduction to Fitness
Thursdays, 6 to 7 p.m.
You will learn strengthening, stretching, core muscle training, and cardio exercises. You will also learn how to set measureable and attainable fitness goals. Class size is limited to 10 so call now to register. $75 due by first class. Wear layered/loose fitting clothing and supportive shoes. Bring plenty of water.

6 week Optifast program:
New participants may join the program every Tuesday, average weight loss of 15-20 pounds, no medical monitoring, three Optifast products per day, one meal per day on your own, educational classes, one 30 minute personal trainer session per week.Class size limited, call Angela at (605) 719-1375 for more information or to enroll.
