Your Sleep Study

Should our sleep specialist determine you need an overnight sleep study, they'll measure several things while you sleep. To get things started, Sleep Management staff will make you as comfortable as possible, and place several electrodes on your body.

The study will monitor and record brain waves from electrodes placed on your scalp. It monitors eye movements from electrodes placed near each eye, and muscle activity from electrodes place on the face, arms and legs. Cardiac rhythms, respiratory effort, nasal and/or oral airflow, oxygen saturation and body position are also monitored.
