E-Mail Patients

Send a message to family or friends during their stay at Rapid City Regional Hospital. (Currentely this service is only available to patients at Rapid City Regional Hospital and not any of the other facilities in the system.) Simply choose the greeting, complete the required fields on the form below, type your message, and press SEND. We will print your message and deliver it to the patient Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday, 2 PM - 5 PM. Messages received outside these hours will be delivered on the next business day.

Note: In general, Internet e-mail is not secure. We recommend that items considered confidential or personal (i.e. diagnosis, treatment, credit card numbers or Social Security numbers) not be communicated through e-mail. Your email address is not stored by Rapid City Regional Hospital, is only used to confirm receipt of you Patient E-mail message.
