Patient Rights

If a patient or family has concerns, complaints, or compliments about patient care, they are encouraged to visit with their care provider, a department director, a Patient Relations representative, or a hospital administrator.

Any Regional Health patient has the right to contact the South Dakota Department of Health with concerns, complaints or compliments:
